Was having foot pain from pf and this game changer for me as it relived my pain and gave me the support I needed. I use these daily and what a big difference it has made and helped me be able to heal versus keep on tearing and stretching the area. Build quality good as they still look as good as day one so far and used for many months now. Fits great.

I purchased my first pair of these insoles as a trial with my most commonly used daily shoes, but I have since purchased two more pairs, one for my “other” dailies and the other, believe it or not, for a pair of slippers I wear in the house to keep the outdoor crud off the carpets.I’m impressed with the improvement in my fasciitis-effected left foot and, in general, with the feeling of arch support. All three pairs of shoes are now more comfortable and yield reduced foot fatigue through the day. But I must mention something else about this product, namely how perfectly these insoles fit the three very different pairs of shoes I have them in. In my size 11½ shoes, these fit snuggly, with no fore-and-aft play. They stay properly positioned at all times. The reason I go on about this is that it was a pleasant surprise; a more generic set of insoles I used previously in the same shoes would not stay put and so positioned the arch support sometimes in the wrong place. I realize that everybody’s feet are different, but this excellent result in three different pairs of shoes seems like a recommendation of its own.

I have chronic plantar fasciitis. These fit well into most shoes. For reference I wear a 9.5-10 W. I have put them into lace up leather boots, winter boots, booties, and moccasins. They significantly change my comfort level when walking. I do think they could offer just a little bit more support. Maybe if there was two levels that you could purchase, like an every day and a higher level of support option. I have quite high arches and could use a little extra support there. On that note, I have two pairs currently in rotation so they are doing the job for every day use.

These have become my new favorite insoles. I have little to no arch and these save my feet. They helped with healing my plantar fasciitis. I want to purchase more for all my shoes. This is a great option for people who can’t afford custom insoles.

Work great , looked thin and cheap no padding in front but the heels thick and my back and feet are not hurting after a shift

I do not exaggerate when i say that before using this product i could not walk as putting weight on my left foot caused me excruciating pain, as if a nail was going through with each step i take or even just standing still. I was losing hope because it was clearly the safety shoes we were required to wear at work that was causing the pain and i was already wearing the basic Dr.Scholl’s insoles with them. As a last effort i did a more thorough research and found this insole that was more specific to my feet size and body weight. It is a bit more expensive than the basic ones but a price worth paying to be able to walk again. Just remember to check the feet and weight chart to find out which one suits you the best and to replace this with the insoles of the shoes you will be using it with. Yes, remove the original insoles of your shoes. I hope this helps others like me who think they have lost their battle with plantar fasciitis.

I got slapped with some serious foot pain last summer; it stretched on for months, me hobbling about on it, before I finally saw my doc about it. I was sure I would need surgery, but was told, "No, you need to get a golf ball and some plantar fasciitis insoles." The golf ball is used to roll around under foot to stretch the internals of that foot while the insoles- Hey. I put 'em in my shoes as soon as they arrived and I could get them out of the package and within days, I was walking about more normally and with lessened pain! Will this be YOUR experience? The doc said it would be mine and was right. The insoles fit nicely into my shoes AND are-Well, they're just pleasant to wear! My feet almost instantly felt great. They'll soon help get you walking around normally, too, I'd bet. Never thought just an insole could do so much for me, but this is one of those purchases I'd make and remake over and over if asked and I want you to do the same if you suffer through what I did.

This sole has worked wonders for my Planter Fasciitis, of course, along with regular exercises prescribed by my doctor. I tried other soles but they did nothing and neither were they as comfortable as Dr. School's.Totally satisfied.
