Amazing product for daily use.

I like it.
I liked it. I was skeptical at first, but it's really good addition to Kitchen. It takes time to understand how it works but It was great for Arabic Rice Pilaf with vermicelli. I used it to ferment pizza dough and it was good too. The size is large but I'm fine with it. It is not loud and easy to open and close if you want to check in-between cooking times. I was concerned about the metal but luckily it wasn't sticky and it turned out to be easy to clean. The cover is hard to clean though. but all in all it is great and smart.

Internal electrical fault, error codes and raises serious safety concerns.
The product had a serious issue on first use. After about one minute, there was a spark/burst sound from the socket switch area and my home breaker tripped. Although the unit now turns off using the cancel button, it shows error โHE110,โ which clearly indicates an internal electrical fault and raises serious safety concerns. In addition, the packaging appeared to be opened, and some accessories (like spoons) were missing, which suggests it may not have been a brand-new unit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this product. (specially form this seller). I have requested a refund.
