Excellent supplement with noticeable results.
I’ve been a regular customer of Nutrition Geeks for quite some time now, and I’ve come to trust their products for their consistently high quality and reliable results. This biotin supplement is no exception and has quickly become a staple for me. I’ve always heard that biotin could help with hair loss, but I was initially sceptical. I had tried biotin from another brand before but didn’t see much in terms of results. Determined to see if it could make a difference, I decided to give Nutrition Geeks a try and committed to taking it regularly. The results have been truly impressive. The tablets are small, tasteless, and odourless, making them incredibly easy to swallow. This is a big plus for me, as I’ve struggled with larger supplements in the past. After about four weeks of consistent use, I started to notice a significant improvement in both my hair and nails. My hair feels thicker, and my nails are growing faster and stronger than before. I was dealing with some hair loss, which I suspected was related to my poor diet. To my relief, my hair loss has completely halted since starting this supplement. While I know I need to address my diet eventually, this has been a real saving grace. The packaging is straightforward and secure, and the delivery was impressively quick. I was also pleased to find out that the product is vegan and made in the UK, which adds to the overall quality and appeal. After seeing positive results myself, I recommended this biotin supplement to my aunt, who was experiencing severe post-partum hair loss. She was losing hair in handfuls, but after taking this supplement, her hair loss has lessened dramatically, and her hair feels much healthier. She’s also noticed an improvement in her nails. At £6.99 for 180 tablets, this supplement offers fantastic value for money considering the quality and the noticeable results I've experienced. In the past, I've paid double for biotin supplements from other brands and saw no benefits at all, so for me, this is truly worth every penny. It's become a product I rely on, and I’m confident I’ll continue to use it long-term. If you're in search of an effective biotin supplement to support hair and nail health, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope that you found it helpful and that it assists you in your decision-making. I try to be as honest and fair as possible, as those have always been the reviews that helped me the most.

A terrific product, two per day extremely cost effective and helps my nails and skin, bonus 👌
My personal favourite, I have used these for al ost 3 months and my hair is really thriving, growing so much faster and it's so strong. The larger size is great value as it definitely works for me, what's not to love?

Good?
Good product I think 😂 nails definitely grow a bit quicker and they’re strong, haven’t noticed much in terms of my hair but I’m not bald so there’s that. Good value for money, small little pill that’s easy to swallow (for the girlies I will say they look almost exact to contraceptive pill so be careful not to mix them up). Will continue to take as they must be doing something.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Noticeable Results & Great Value for Money
I’ve been using Nutrition Geeks Biotin Growth+ for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The 10,000mcg biotin combined with zinc and selenium makes it feel like a complete hair, skin, and nails formula rather than just a basic supplement. After several weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed my nails are stronger and less prone to breaking, and my hair feels healthier and looks shinier. It’s not an overnight miracle (no supplement is), but with patience, the improvement is definitely visible. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I really appreciate that they’re vegan-friendly. The 180-tablet pouch offers excellent value compared to many other brands, especially considering the quality and dosage. Overall, a reliable, affordable supplement that delivers real results. I’ll definitely continue repurchasing!

A Trade-Off Between Cost and Quality
I've been giving Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ Supplement a try, lured in by its promise for healthier hair and its wallet-friendly price. Here's my take: Pros: - Affordability: It’s priced competitively, making it accessible for regular use without a hefty investment. - Packaging: The supplement is packaged in a small, sensible bag. This approach is commendable for its minimal environmental impact compared to traditional, oversized bottles or bags filled with excess air. - Optimal Biotin Form: The supplement includes D-Biotin, the most bioavailable and effective form of biotin for hair health. This is a significant positive, as it directly impacts the potential efficacy of the supplement. Cons: - Additives: Magnesium Stearate is primarily a flow agent in the manufacturing process, mainly used to speed up production and reduce costs as it prevents other ingredients from sticking to the mechanical equipment. It doesn't offer any nutritional benefits in fact, it's a formaldehyde-forming agent and it inhibits the immune response in cells. While it's found in a lot of supplements, its potential impact is something to be aware of. - A Questionable Selenium Source: The form of Selenium used is Sodium Selenite. It is an inorganic, synthetic source of selenium, has the lowest bioavailability and is potentially toxic. It can damage the liver and kidneys. Long-term exposure can damage the red blood cells and lead to anaemia. If you are lacking selenium in your diet look for a supplement that contains an organic form of selenium with high bioavailability such as selenomethionine. Conclusion: While Nutrition Geeks Biotin Hair Growth+ does offer a great form of biotin and zinc and is affordable with eco-friendly packaging, the presence of Magnesium stearate and Sodium selenite raises concerns. It's a reminder that sometimes, affordability comes with a compromise. If you're considering this supplement, weigh these factors according to your health priorities and needs.

Really impressed so far, early results already
I bought these because I’ve recently started taking Mounjaro and was recommended biotin to help with hair and nails. I’ve only been taking them for about a week, so I wasn’t expecting much yet, but I’ve actually already noticed a difference in my nails. They feel stronger and look a lot healthier, which has surprised me this early on. They’re also tiny, so really easy to swallow, which is a big plus compared to some supplements. They haven’t caused any issues for me either, which is always a bonus. Obviously it’s still early days, so I’m interested to see what the longer-term results are like, especially for hair, but based on the first week I’m really happy and glad I gave them a go. Would definitely recommend if you’re in a similar situation or just looking to improve nail strength & hair growth.

Restores thinning hair!
At 55, I finally have the swishy ponytail I always wanted! I started taking this biotin supplement along with others to support my health when I became unwell with Lyme disease three years ago. The unexpected effect was that my hair stopped shedding and became thicker and stronger than ever before. I now only take this supplement, and my hairdresser can’t believe the improvement in my hair. She’s been cutting my hair for 25 years and it’s the thickest it’s been in that time. If you have always wanted thicker hair, or if it’s started thinning with age, I highly recommend this product.

So far, so good
These were recommended to me by a colleague and so far, so good. I've been using them for a couple of months so far and am starting to find that my nails are getting stronger, which is mainly why I purchased them in the first place. Super small tablets so easy to swallow and they do seem to be having a small effect already.
