Good product I think 😂 nails definitely grow a bit quicker and they’re strong, haven’t noticed much in terms of my hair but I’m not bald so there’s that. Good value for money, small little pill that’s easy to swallow (for the girlies I will say they look almost exact to contraceptive pill so be careful not to mix them up).
