It's super useful - not just for a house full of people (like a big family or in a college dorm/apt) but it's also useful if you're living alone and have so many things to think about that having this on your dishwasher reminds you of what's in there or what needs to be done hours after you come back home! It also doesn't hurt that the magnet doesn't feel cheap - in fact, it's so strong that it feels as though it's part of the dishwasher door! There's also the slide ( no, contrary to the picture they aren't sending you 2 magnetics but rather one with a slide that reveals either "dirty" or "clean") and I love how it seamlessly slides back and forth. unlike other items that have pieces that require that it move on rails, this doesn't require oiling or rebending and I appreciate that.I liked this so much that after I used mine for awhile I bought one for my kid who shares a 4 bedroom apartment with roommates. Se said that she didn't think that it would be useful but now finds it to be a time saver and a reminder all at the same time. She doesn't have to walk over and guess whether the dishes are clean or dirty and if it's dirty then it's a reminder that it needs to be done! So all and all, if you were looking for one of these, this is the one! You won't be sorry that you picked this up!

Bought it for our new Bosch 800 series dishwasher. Our dishwasher is stainless steel so the sign matches the machine. It does stick with the magnet, however, I went for the more permanent option and using the two sticky things that came with it. The Bosch dishwasher (which we love!), does not tell you whether the dishes are clean. There is a red dot that shows up on the floor to tell you that the machine is washing. When the wash cycles are over, the light goes away. So, this is the solution to our only problem. It looks good, it works great, and you have two options, magnet or sticky things. This item shipped and came to my home very quickly. Very happy with Noosa and the product I purchased from them. Thank you!

I like this product and I still use it, but I had to glue the magnet to the frame because every time I opened the dishwasher door, the frame would fall to the floor. Now that I have glued it, the slider doesn't glide as easily. The magnet holds firm however. I contacted the seller and they never responded. I have to remember to buy through Amazon!***UPDATE***I have heard from Noosa Life and they have gone above and beyond to see my issue resolved. Turns out that I missed an email response from them. Obviously this is a reputable company that stands behind its products. Definitely a great company to deal with!***ANOTHER UPDATE***They sent me a replacement and it works great! Turns out the one that I originally got was defective!

This dishwasher magnet is exactly as it is presented. It's nice looking, easy to use, and has a decent magnet. It sticks well enough to the dishwasher that it stays in place, but isn't so strong that I have to slide it to remove it from the dishwasher. There are no metal parts hanging over the edges of the magnet, so even if I did have to slide it, I don't worry about scratching my appliance (it is a white finish, not stainless steel, so take that into consideration). The clean/dirty slide moves easily, but doesn't slip out of place as the door is opened/closed. It is large and bold enough to be easily seen. This is exactly what I was looking for.

My husband and I never trust the light of the dishwasher due to it turning off prematurely or it being so small. This eliminates that problem! In big bold letters, i tell my husband whether the dishes are clean or dirty without me having to be there. He now can load the dishwasher appropriately and stop putting dirty dishes in the sink when the dishwasher is free. The magnet is well made and durable. It looks nice. After receiving it, my mother in law decided she wanted one too and is now ordering one. I think it's a great gift or way to be organized. However, if you have a toddler, be prepared to be confused anyway. It is now stuck high on my fridge so we have accurate representation of what our dishwasher contains.

I purchased tis magnets in the hopes of getting my husband to put dirty dishes into the dishwasher instead of the sink. I have had it for about a week now and i do believe this is what was missing.The tab is easily pushed from side to side to show the green "clean" or red "dirty". So easy my toddler does it!!! The sliver color matches my dishwasher very well. It isn't too big or small and i not find it to be gaudy.When i purchased this i didn't realize it came with 2 quarter sized 3M sticky dots. I thought that was really great for people who have stainless steel dishwashers that magnets won't stick to. I personally tested a magnet i had on my fridge to see if magnets would stick and luckily they do. The magnet is super strong and I don't see my toddler yanking it off anytime soon, it definitely stays in place.A word about the seller, I ran into a small problem and I can not say enough how AMAZING their communication was. This is such a simple concept, but it’s so helpful. My husband is no longer pulling dirty cups and forks from the dishwasher thinking they are clean, and it just makes it easier for whoever is handling dish duty to see at a glance what needs to be done.The only thing I don’t like is how big and sort of ugly it is, but you can’t see it on my dishwasher unless you’re in the kitchen, so it’s really not a big deal.

Simple product and does the job. Magnet holds well on F&P dishwasher, would like it stronger, but at least it doesn't slide and only moves with force.

Love this magnet. Makes it so much easier when sharing a dishwasher with other strangers in an office communal area. The magnet was bigger than I expected but that was fine as no one pays any attention to the old communal office dishwasher anyway. If you were looking to buy a dishwasher magnet for a modern home kitchen with a stylish dishwasher, you might want to shop for something else smaller and more elegant.

I love the simple design, the slide is nice and easy but locks in place on each side so it doesn't move when jostled. The magnet is very strong and great. Other brands I looked at had a magnet that was too weak to stick to any surface but this one stuck straight on the dishwasher and looks very nice! Will be a great help for those of us with house mates!

This fridge magnet is a good size, slides across easily, and is very helpful to our family so we know when to unpack the dishwasher.

Going to order another for the bedroom, this unexpectedly had hubby and I doing ‘downward dog’ in the kitchen. As others have said, a bit larger than expected but don’t let size dishearten you (if size mattered we wouldn’t have three ungrateful children pretending not to notice dishes are ready to be stacked or unpacked).
