Does it look like the pictures?

It has the same threads and fabrics, yes. But it looks somewhat cheaper irl. There is no expansion, it's pretty flat. The wooden beads are awful. It's still cute tho, if overpriced for what you get.

Does it have a zippered inside pocket?

No it doesn't have any pockets at all on the inside.

What is the strap length?

The one on mine is pretty long, easily 48" or so. If I wear it on one shoulder it will go well past my hip. With manufactured items such as this tho, it would not surprise me if the strap length differed.
