Learnt more about Manuka Honey and it's benefits during a recent bout of strep throat. I'm a fan for life now! Amazing taste along with all those wholesome benefits. I'll make sure to keep a jar at home for all times now. Some things I learnt from research: - don't use this for cooking only raw consumption or with beverages (coffee or tea or simply warm/hot water) - read up on the benefits. There are LOTS. - Higher MGO doesn't mean it's better. The MGO grade is used to specify whether the honey is consumer grade (up to 50) or topical/ointment/medical grade (used for burns and as antiseptic and have very high MGO values). - For best results you would want a MONOFLORAL honey which means the bees collect this from only one kind of flower. The other kind is MULTIFLORAL which means bees make the honey from Manuka + other flower nectars and they are slightly less potent. - Take a spoon a day for improving immunity!

A little too sweeter and runnier than I used get it from Whole food grocery store I hope its exact same brand from Newzilland..

I finally tasted it, and it had a specific flavor that enriched my experience. I swapped the container to one that has a small opening to make it easier to control the product. The hardest thing was to remove the old label with the new one from the new container.
