And it was broken. It's a total waste of moeny. I think you would be better off not buying that.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He is in the hvac industry. I'm not allowed to purchase him tools...1...because he is picky on what he likes...and 2...because he probably already has it. That being said...I bought this anyway. It works great for what it's intended for. It does NOT have a lot of torque. It stops when the screw is snug and then you have to manually tighten it down. I have been using it to install electrical outlets in our house. Works great for the outlet covers but not enough torque to connect the wires or outlet into the electrical box. To quote my husband "it's a finish driver not a work horse".

My SO is a plumber working with multiple tools daily, this is by far the most useful gift he could have gotten. His words!

I've been debating whether I should pull the trigger on this $200 screwdriver I am a big wiha fan and I do own several other tools I know they are high quality made in Germany when they're not made in America they're the best, after deciding to pull the trigger and waiting to receive and see what this electrical rated $200 screwdriver is all about I was really disappointed to know that the item I received it's been used the package was opened and I could tell that one of the batteries had been installed already. due to the label that was slightly removed, now with that in mind I don't know what the quality of the tool itself will be like I hate receiving items that have been used by somebody else previously because when I spend the money to get my tools of course I want to be the first one to put my hands on a fresh unopened package, I am highly debating whether I should return the item it wasn't like it was the last one available when I purchased this. they had 16 more available what were the chances of me getting one that has been used?? Absolutely bad luck purchase I guess now I will have to see whether this was returned due to malfunction or why did they decided not to keep it, I would have appreciated a email or a message from the seller asking if I had any problem by receiving a previously opened item but I had no clue what I was going to get into I don't want to send it back and think that I'll get another one in worst shape but come on if you're spending $200 on one screwdriver wouldn't you expect to get top quality all the way ? now don't get me wrong I am all about saving money it's all about communication there are some tools that I actually buy second-hand as long as they are under warranty or if I know that they are in great condition, this however makes me doubt because it's out of my hands to know on what condition it is.. This is a screwdriver with electronics internally that's why it makes me wonder why was it returned in the first place and why did I get the one box that was open with an item that was previously used by some random person this really upsets me be aware and be ready chances are you will be getting a used item like I did..

Nowhere near enough power, any kind of resistance on a machine screw and it stops completely. Bought it in hopes of saving my wrist changing out receptacles and switches but it simply won’t do it.

Disappointing. Paid a lot of money for this tool and it was missing pieces. The screwdriver bits were missing from the box. The box was damaged upon arrival and looked like it had been opened previously
