Versatile, and sturdy
I used a 1/4 inch angle iron strut to make an alignment jig to replace joists that were rotten, worked great!

does what it says
Works and if you can get it on sale cheaper than a box store, then you don't have to even carry it to your house if you get free shipping, as it's long and heavy.. I also want to add that the people complaining about the box being ripped is ridiculous. Yeah, a perfect box would be nice in a perfect world, but this is the reality.. The pins are packed inside the tubes, so it would be hard to lose them even if the box were ripped in shipping.. Complaining about the tubes being loose is pointless because if they were tighter you would have a problem extending it, and it's meant to take vertical loads not horizonal loads so how lose a tube fits is a moot point. Also once enough force is placed on the tube, nothing moves around.

Vestil FJB-150 Floor Jack - Great Jack but major Flaw!!!
Updated - The below mentioned issue with the pins was solved by purchasing the Fastener 014973159566 Swivel Hitch Pin, 3/4 x 4-1/4-Inch on Amazon. I paid $7.34 ea. and purchased eight for my two Vestil FJB-150 Floor Jacks. I have included the pics of the pins and they work and fit perfect. If you wanted to save some extra money you could also go to the local hardware and get Grade 8 3/4inch by 4 inch bolds and just drill a hole in the end and put in a R-Cotter pin.Purchased two of the Vestil FJB-150 Basement Floor Jacks and as far as the jack itself it is well made and for the price is of good quality BUT the major flaw is the pins that they supply with the jack is a joke. It is a approx. 5/8" diameter pin with a groove cut on each end. When you try to move the jack into place the pins can easily move out of the holes. It would have cost them nothing to just drill a hole in each end of the pin and supply a pair of Hitch Pins Clips or R Clip Cotter Pins to go into the holes which would keep the pins in place when moving or adjusting the jacks. Something that for a couple of cents would have made the jack a five-star item year round. Overall the jack is a good investment as long as you spend a couple of dollars to fix the pin issue that the manufacturer could not bother to do!

Well designed jack post
Has all the design features that make this a solid and easy to use jackpots. Much better than other models.

Sturdy but difficult to raise under load
Very sturdy but if you need to raise the jack under load it's not very effective. I needed this to raise sagging joists but ended up using the Tiger brand bc it allows you to use a wrench to raise or lower and I found that more effective for this application. If you just need to put a floor jack in place as just a support this works perfectly fine.
