Will these work with the GT Jammer bars?

Two things. First, err to the side of larger (70mm) rather than smaller (30mm) as you may not even notice the difference using the smaller. Second, the key to whether you can use these on "other" aero bars is the tube and bolt sizes. These fit the "larger" of the two standard round tube handle bars out there. If you needed shims with your current clamp on aero bars, you will need them again. Next, you need to check out the bolts holding the existing aero bars in place. If they are M6, then you can probably use these risers. If they are M5, then you either need M5 bolts from the hardware store or you need to enlarge the holds and recess the bracket using tapping bits.
