Can you tell a significant difference between the soft and medium density? I have a lot of hip and lower back pain and not sure what to pick.

Initiallyw when they are new, both soft and medium will feel similar but after using a few weeks. The soft will be much more playable. The soft will give more of a soothing overall massage while the medium and firm will reach specific pressure points for a deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy type experience. Is this more comfortable than other rollers? (I had to throw away my first roller because it hurt too much )

I really like it as it puts pressure right where I need it. It isn’t as firm as my white foam roller. I recommend! Good luck!

What is the density for rollga panda? firm? extra firm? same as pro or genesis?

The Rollga Panda (Black/White) speckled is a SOFT. The Genesis is Medium . The PRO is Extra Hard. As you can see in video in compresses slightly with pressure, the Panda will also get softer with use. I really like it for a soothing self massage! It doesn’t go as deep or concentrated as the other Rollga Rollers. I personally love it!

35% Softer than the Standard Rollga. Panda is soft, but very effective. Physical Therapists tend to recommend the Panda.
