Let me ask to understand your question better. Are you wishing to know if this will fit a Massdrop 58X? Of course it will. The 58X is the Drop version of the famous beginning of Sennheiser's 600 series of wonderful headphones. The photo here shows the headband pad style of the HD600 which was my first Sennheiser purchase. The HD650 changed the pad a bit but they are interchangeable. Be advised, there are 2 little clips on the underside of the headband that need to be carefully removed in order to slide the pad in. You can actually choose either side to to remove and slide it in, you don't need to remove them both. Be careful prying them out. There are youtube videos available. I own the HD600 and 660S2. Good luck. It's not difficult. Enjoy the music!

how can i break this in, it hearts the top of my head?

It fit perfectly and installation was easy once I found that the bracket at the end needed to be removed. Instructions indicating so would have been nice.
