I have noticed advertisements for a grounding mat for the last few years. When Prime Days had a sale I grabbed it. It came with an outlet grounding tester, which helps to reassure your grounded, the cord, elastic straps, and a book. We decided to drape it across the bed so my husband and I could each benefit. Upon awakening, I discovered my normally swollen right knee, had gone down to the same size of the left. In one night! I believe that the mat seriously reduced inflammation of the whole body, organs and all. I have ICS and for the last 4 days have had NO bladder pain!! This is the easiest, non toxic remedy to alleviate inflammation, the mother of all disease. I am so glad I tried it. And my husband and I each woke up feeling a greater sense of peace and well-being.

I don't have pain in my shoulders anymore nor do I have to get pain killer shots in the back.I'm as happy as spring chicken with a trough of fresh baked barley seeds.What more could a guy ask for, huh?

This brand is for sure the best one to get. Even through a layer of bed sheets and pajamas you get the calming effect. I can’t vouch for the validity of the science but you can feel a difference when you lay on it. Also, in the winter if your clothes have static cling, lay on this thing for a minute or two and it completely removes the static.

⸻I had high hopes for this grounding mat, but unfortunately, it’s been a disappointing experience. The mat itself is made of a solid vinyl-like material that doesn’t breathe, so if your skin touches it directly at night, it can make you sweat and feel uncomfortable.Customer service was also lacking. I couldn’t get any help through Amazon, so I tracked down the company’s website to confirm whether I had received a legitimate product and to learn how to test if it was even working. The woman I spoke with seemed irritated by my questions, didn’t have the information I needed, and although she said the owner would follow up with me, no one ever did.I purchased this because I love the concept of earthing and hoped it would help reduce inflammation—but since I started using it, my joints have actually felt worse. I’ve now stopped using it to see if things improve. I’m not sure if the mat caused the issue, but I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. also, the book that came with the mat, completely fell apart. I haven’t even read it.

It is recommended to sleep directly on the grounding pad but it doesn’t breathe and gets sweaty laying on it. I use linen sheets which have a 5000hz vibration meaning you can easily stay grounded on the mat by placing the linen sheet over it. Satin/polyester sheets are the worst and will block the grounding effect if you lay it over the pad. Use linen or pure cotton sheets to preserve the grounding effect of the mat. I also tested it with my multimeter using the ohms scale. Got a zero resistance reading directly on the mat to the ground on the wall socket.

Bought this for my mother. She said she had a hard time sleeping on it.

The elastic does not hold it firmly in place at all so it gets twisted up even after tightening the elastic under the mattress. Uncomfortable.
