When I put battery in calculator it still doesn’t turn on. Do I need to charge it first

We didn’t have to. It was already charged when we received it.

It says the battery is rechargeable with no wire. How do you recharge it?

I put it into the calculator and just charge it normally by connecting the usb cable to the TI calculator.

About half charged. I recommend you charge it fully before using it. This replacement battery worked great for me.

Can this be used the replace model #3.7L1060SP?

No, you will need to purchase the same model of battery as in your Nspire. They use different connectors so they are not interchangable.
