Can the covers be used in a microwave oven?

They can! We recommend leaving the lid lifted off on one side to "vent". As always, use caution when handling potentially hot contents.

Why are there 4 different sets of sizes of inner bowls, and only two sizes of outer bowls? Are they interchangable?
