I learned that milk thistle can assist with lowering cholesterol and decided to give it a try. I don’t like the idea of taking medication & thought this was a worthy option. The powder form is easy to use, just sprinkle the recommended amount in your oats, breakfast cereal, yogurt or smoothie or whatever you prefer. It has a slight bitter taste on its own but really not detectable with food or drink. IMPORTANT NOTE!!! ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST BEFORE USING ANY SUPPLEMENTS OR HERBAL PRODUCTS BECAUSE SOME CAN OR DO HAVE REACTIONS WITH MEDICATIONS & SOME HEALTH CONDITIONS!

This product is causing muscle twitching. I had it tested and it contains a toxic pesticide known to inhibit acetylcholineesterase enzyme. It doesn’t indicate where it’s grown, but this pesticide is banned except in china and india.
