I purchased this light about 6 months ago and really loved it. It has a great, soft light that is still powerful enough to provide visibility to the whole room. Unfortunately it stopped working for some reason, and I wrote a review about it. Vanessa contacted me immediately and offered to replace it for me right away. Honestly, my experience with Amazon lately has been beyond AWFUL, so to receive such wonderful, quick customer service was beyond my expectations. My new light arrived in just a couple days and it works great! I totally recommend this product and thank you to Vanessa for caring about her customers!

The execution is as good as the idea, and I think the idea is terrific!I do wear this around my neck.I love:1) The choices for quantity of light.2) The length and flexibility of the lamp's neck.3) USB charging.4) The ease of finding the power switch (once I learned how: the base (no light emitted) has the port for the charging cable; the switch is about 1" higher (toward the neck) and is palpable (an embossed sun icon)).5) The ability to direct the light where I need it.It is really easy to turn on the lamp, so I have to be careful how I pick it up, and where I put it when not in use (so the switch won't accidentally get touched.) Even while wearing it, if I need to adjust its position by holding both base and light, I need to deliberately grab the bottom of the base, not the area near the neck.To answer the question I had when I ordered this: Only one side of the heart illuminates. The light that appears to come from the other side in the product photos is reflected, not produced. That's how wonderfully bright it can get!I tried to take pictures to show the difference in light of the 3 settings, but the camera probably does too much auto-correction. They're attached anyway. I also took a shot with the Heart Light off, but it was completely dark, so I won't post it. The Kindle shown is a 3rd Gen with NO backlight.

I bought this to use to read by in bed. I did not want to disturb my husband with a bright reading lamp. This is perfect. I also use it late at night while reading in the living room because my night time vision is not good. Charges easily via USB on my computer. Has 3 levels of brightness; bends easily to focus the light wherever you need it. I wear it around my neck or when reading in bed, I place it on my chest. I give this 4 stars only because after 4 months of use, the light does not hold the charge for as long as it did when I first purchased it.

I really love this light! The first one I ordered had a somewhat faulty on/off switch which made it so I had to press very hard to adjust the settings. When somebody from the company emailed me to see if I had receiver the light, I mentioned I had and really liked it, but it was very hard to turn off. She said that should not be the case at all and without question sent me a new one she personally tested. So, long story short, great customer service!I'm trying to get back into reading paper books before bed instead of ipad/kindle because I do find it helps me fall asleep more easily. After trying multiple book lights, this is by far my favorite. The lowest setting is perfect for my needs, I either wear it around my neck or use it like a table lamp on a windowsill next to my bed.Also, I can't wait to bring this camping!! I can see many uses for it in that scenario...

This is a great little product! My daughters love them, and so do I! We have used them around our necks and wrapped around the bedpost. So versatile! Some things to note...1. Only one side lights up, the other is a base. It says this in the packaging, and it’s fine, but I spent quite a while trying to figure out why the other side wasn’t working.2. The pink gives off a yellow/white light and the green gives off a blue/white light. The yellow light is much softer when reading at night.3. You need to allow 2-3 hours for charging before you use them.

I highly recommend this product! I did a lot of research to find out which would be the best light for me! This is the only product I saw that got five stars, so I took a chance. I am so used to getting things that are broken or don't work or maybe work just for a month. This is definitely worth buying!! It fits nicely around your neck, is extremely light, and it's not too bright. It has 3 speeds, which is perfect so that I can use it for different brightness! Most lights are way too bright and I can't use them because they blind me. It is very easy to use and I love that it charges instead of using batteries all the time.

Love it. Give it 4 stars because the light only comes out of one side which I didn't know before buying but it's not done much about my love for this product. I kinda worry when i bend and twist the product...I just imagine it will break eventually but I've had it for months with only occasional use and it works the exact same as when I bought it. I use it to read at night or crochet in cloudy weather. When I read to my daughter at night this is perfect-Better than using my phone flashlight.

An odd product. The neck piece is too short, and the item doesn't transform well into use as a table lamp. The worst problem is that the battery has a shorter life than advertised and ALWAYS runs down overnight if it isn't charging, even if the first use is very brief. Be aware that the company make the fallacious claim that the component with the battery compartment serves to "reflect" the light in the lamp component. Whatever that might mean and whatever advantage that can possibly have are totally beyond me. I like the fact that the lamp adjusts to desired direction, but that's the only really good thing I can say about it.
