Is this only squalane oil, or are there other linoleic oils present? i have malassezia-based dermatitis and need pure squalane of 99% or higher.

What I received is listed as 100% pure squalane oil derived from olives. They do advise doing a patch test if you have problems. I'm not sure how they expect you to do that without purchasing and the question then is will they accept a return if it doesn't agree with you?

1. Is it cold pressed? 2. Is it hydrogenated?

The bottle says it both "cold pressed and Refined", which doesn't make sense since cold pressed means it doesn't use heat or solvents, but refined means it extracts some of the nutritional qualities out and uses solvents

Is this oil diluted in any way?

No, it is 100 % pure Squalane oil.

Why does it say squalane alternative?

In the description: "Olive Squalane is a plant-derived alternative to the animal-derived (shark liver oil) of the past."
