PEG Siesta, Grow With Baby Folding High Chair & Recliner, Ice (Grey)

I love this high chair, and the Peg Perego customer service can't be beat. I haven't found the stationary front wheels to be a problem - we have a tiny kitchen and when my baby is in the high chair, I lock the casters on GO and can roll it wherever I need it. The movement is smooth and easy. I'm also impressed with how compact it folds down - since it stands on its own, we fold it up, push it up to the kitchen table as if it were a chair, lock the wheels to STOP, and that works for us for now. It's also super stylish, and I get compliments from friends - everybody wants to know where I got this high chair. Luckily I caught a flash sale on Amazon and got it for a steal. Note that when you first get it, the arms will probably be a bit warped, and the tray table won't line up with the holes. You have to do a bit of work to get the tray in and out, and it's not a one-handed operation. I called Peg Perego and was told by their customer service that this is a known issue and has to do with how the frames are shipped and stored, and was advised to store the tray table in place in the arms for a week or two. So far this is working, and the arms are slowly correcting themselves. It's not fully corrected after a week, but it's on track to be fixed in another week or so. They did send me another frame but it had the same issue. I've been impressed with their level of customer service through this process, even if it was a little frustrating to get such an expensive high chair that had a warp issue. But that's literally the only issue with this chair, and since it's easily fixed and doesn't really detract from the high chair I can't knock any stars off because I love everything else about it. It's clearly a high quality item, every component is well made and works well, it's easy to keep clean as almost everything detaches, and my baby enjoys sitting in it. What more can you ask of a high chair?

As first time parents, we are absolutely THRILLED with our decision to purchase the Siesta. I’m an extensive researcher when it comes to buying products for our little one. I read hundreds of reviews and take weeks to make a decision. I can’t believe how much I love this chair. We love ALL of the features and haven’t experienced any of the issues others have had with the tray or maneuvering the chair around the house. The tray glides in and out of the slots, effortlessly and with one hand. I was a little worried after reading other reviewer’s experiences that it wouldn’t line up correctly but it’s SO easy to attach and take off (just squeeze and glide). Also, I really like that it rests on the back of the chair when not in use. I watched some YouTube videos that showed that feature. As for rolling the chair, it is difficult to roll forward. This can easily be fixed by rolling it BEHIND YOU. It moves every which way and isn’t a problem at all. I also read comments that you have to hold down the buttons to the go position while rolling, which would make it difficult. This is NOT the case! You can lock the wheels in the “stop” position, or temporarily move the chair by holding down the buttons, OR you can lock the buttons in the “go” position and then roll the chair around freely. We love that we can adjust the chair to reach our bar table, it’s the PERFECT height. We also adjust it to the lowest setting if we’re in the living room and sitting on the couch. The recline is fantastic, although our daughter hasn’t fallen asleep in the chair yet. It’s an excellent option for newborns that are bottle feeding, we’ve used it for that a couple of times. Chair is super easy to clean and wipe down and we have a MESSY eater. I also really like the buckle and harness because it’s easy to clean and is easy to snap together. I hated the harnesses I looked at on other high chair options. Too many crevices and very difficult to undo. Overall, we couldn’t be more excited with our purchase. We don’t have anything negative to say about it at this time but will update this review if we come across something.

As a first time mom, I spent a lot of time looking at highchair reviews, not knowing at all what I would need or want. This one seemed like it was "the best," though fairly expensive. Amazon had a mark down on this color, and since I (and my baby) don't care what color it is, I seized the opportunity. I am incredibly glad I did! Though, when we received the chair, after assembly, there was a problem with one of the back wheels, but after contacting Peg Perego, they sent a replacement frame, and now everything is perfect. The reasons I bought this chair, and the reasons I would recommend it: It folds up fairly flat, so I can lay it against a wall in my pantry, and it doesn't take up too much space (probably 6 inches from the wall, about 2.5 ft across) It is incredibly mobile but locks into place securely (since we wheel it out of the way and then return it to our eating spot fairly often) The white top of the tray detaches/snaps off for incredibly easy clean up The seat cushion is very easy to clean also The seat reclines <- this one another of the reasons I purchased this chair, but I have never used the feature because my LO was sitting up fairly straight before we started "solids" (aka runny oatmeal) The one thing that I am unsure of with this chair is that even though we have the straps as tight as they can go, they are not tight around the baby (and he was in the 90% percentile for height and weight at 7 months); however, they are secure enough that he could not crawl out without becoming a contortionist, but we are very careful to always keep an eye on him.

Beautiful, well constructed and super easy to use. We replaced a very well loved high chair with this upgrade! The wheels glide effortlessly, and the leather is easily wiped with a damp towel. It’s lightweight and compact when packed up. Can’t wait to see how she uses it to transition

First of all, the pros: - This high chair offers many different height positions and recline positions - perfect even if your baby is already 6 months old and sitting unsupported. I found when starting to feed him solids it helped to keep him in a slightly reclined position. Also, as my son becomes more mobile, I like knowing that I can lower the chair closer to the ground if need to better keep an eye on him. - Super easy to clean. Just wipe down with a damp cloth and you're good to go. No fabric that is sure to get ratty and needs to be washed at the end of the night. - Stylish. Looks great in any kitchen/dining area; very sleek and the leather is super soft and comfortable looking. - Mobile. I like the fact that it has wheels and can be moved around the house. Even though we live in an apartment and I didn't think we'd move the chair that much because our apartment is small, I've already wheeled the high chair with my son sitting it in countless times between the kitchen and the dining area. - My son loves it! Will sit comfortable in the chair not only to eat, but also to play. Another great, safe place to put him during the day. - Way better than the Baby Bjorn chair (far too small for my bigger than average son); also seems a lot more safe than the Stokke model we considered. I think a lot of high chairs try too hard to be everything - the Stokke, for instance, converts to a toddler and than a child's and even an adult sized chair. The Peg Perego is simply a great high chair, which is exactly all I care about!!! Cons: - the only negative I have for this high chair is that despite the wheels, it is NOT that easy to move around. This is because the wheels have a safety function so that the baby can't roll around in the chair unattended. However, it is cumbersome to move the chair and because it's great in every other way, I wish this small con were not present. Highly recommend overall; worth the money.

Love this Peg Perego high chair, so easy to use and get around. It's kinda pricey though, don't you think?

About this as a gift for my great-granddaughter. Of course she's adorable and loves the chair. What's even better is that Mom and Dad love the chair and it will grow with her it's easy to use , clean and adjust. I'll find a picture to add later.

It’s basically already assembled except the rollers on the bottom of it. It’s SUPER easy to use, very easy to clean the entire chair and removable tray, the safety straps are extremely secure and it looks great. I am sooo glad i bought this and did not cheap out (i was legit going to).

Colour selection is good. Very “heavy duty” looking but styled nicely to fit in to dining household decor. I’m certain this will hold up to many grandchildren.

Ok, I rarely leave reviews. This might be my first review on Amazon. After using this high chair for the first day, I feel compelled to leave a review for it, so that it will be easier for other parents to make a decision. My son is 2 month old, so he diesn't need a high chair to eat yet. But he likes to interact with us, eye contact, talking, etc.. When we have dinner, we used to put him on a baby swing, which is too low, and he is not at the same level with us. He will get bored very soon and one of us has to constantly look down and talk to him. This high chair, with the adjustable seat that can be almost flat, is so comfortable for the baby and now he can comfortably sit at the table with us. And we can push him near us wherever we are. The quality of this chair is impeccable, I feel it will last forever. And, it's so intuitive, I don't even need to look at the manual to put it up, and make all the adjustment. It's such an engineer wonder. You will know what I am talking about when you use it. It's so user friendly. Some other reviews said it's hard to clean. I really don't know what they are talking about. The seat can be wiped clean easily, it can't be easier than this. I strongly recommend this high chair.
