How many bags? One area it says 50, and in another it says 20.

The product I received is a qty 50 pre cut bags.

Is this product free of all phalates?

Have not tried it with other phalates. Only used it with Anova Culinary machine

The bags don’t self seal. To use these you will need a sealer.
