The sound quality and mic are perfect

I've read reviews, but I really didn't expect it to be this good. Especially for the price. Sound coming through the headphones is clean and vibrant. Of course, they won't provide sound isolation like gaming headsets do. But each individual earphone is able to be adjusted at an angle, and the volume is sufficiently loud (have it at approx 80% so it's not too loud for me), and the benefit is you can still hear your surroundings if you wanted to (hence I didn't see a need for a single-headphone model). Microphone is noise cancelling, and it does that extremelly well. It generates clear, somewhat deep sound. I've tested it with my dictation software, and I get a LOT less errors than with my previous ones. The mute button works. No clicking during the recording. The cord is approx 1.6m long. Overall, for a price of $30, it's definitely a great value headset.

When I worked from home I wore these headphones for long calls and experienced very little discomfort. Also the microphone's noise cancellation is excellent. However, you may have to crack up the volume on calls. Great value for money!

I recently purchased the Plantronics Blackwire C3220 209745-201 Wired headset, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the packaging was lackluster – the headset arrived in a simple plastic bag, which was a surprise considering its price point of AED 150. In terms of appearance, the headset looked cheap and lacked the premium feel I was hoping for. The build quality left much to be desired, as it felt flimsy and fragile. While the sound quality was decent and the wired connection was reliable, I couldn't overlook the overall cheap impression the headset gave off. In summary, for the price I paid, I expected better packaging and a more durable, premium-feeling product. Unfortunately, the Plantronics Blackwire C3220 209745-201 Wired headset did not meet my expectations.

Tried this product many times. Efficiency and quality still there. Thanks to this very good product.

I recommend for everyone

Fantastic headset. Great value. Well built. Comfortable to wear on long conference calls. You hear a little beep when you press the control buttons - that could be desirable or not. At least you konw the button was pressed.

Ce genre de casque manque souvent de basses : ici, on est surpris par le contraire. Les basses sont renforcées, mais les aigus manquent de transparence. Même le son du micro donne un son assez grave : vous ne l’utiliserez pas pour enregistrer pas vos podcasts ou une voix off pour une vidéo. Bref, très bien pour la visio-conférence ou Youtube et, entre deux réunions, pour l’écoute d’un fond musical à faible volume (ça sature si vous poussez trop loin le volume). Ce n’est sûrement pas le casque à employer pour écouter vos disques favoris, mais à ce prix-là, vous vous en doutiez. La qualité de fabrication est satisfaisante : ajustements précis, raccords de câbles qui inspirent confiance. Casque instantanément reconnus par plusieurs systèmes (Windows & Linux) et avec une dénomination claire : on le retrouve facilement parmi les périphériques connectés. Ergonomie : les coussins sont confortables et font à peu près le diamètre de l’oreille. L’arceau ne serre pas trop et l’attache de celui-ci est bien déportée sur l’extérieur des écouteurs. Conséquence: ça reste confortable pendant une utilisation prolongée et, surtout, aucune pression sur les branches de lunettes ! Un bon point. En définitive, un rapport qualité pleinement satisfaisant. Il vaut ses étoiles.

Je travaille chaque jour avec l'ancienne version, je voulais le nouveau modèle pour une utilisation en Work at home afin d'avoir un casque pour chaque lieu de travail et aussi pour le cas où. Reconnu directement sur mon PC personnel comme l'ancien, donc aucun problème de compatibilité avec mon PC professionnel.
