If you stop using the product, will your beard fade away?

nope, the shampoo and conditioner really makes your beard full.

does this really work & what are the directions?

Thank you for your question. With the fusion of Biotin, Tea Tree, Argon Oil, Eucalyptus, and other hair growth stimulators yes it works very well to grow your beard thicker and fuller. Directions are use a dime amount and massage into your facial hair or beard. Let sit for 10 seconds massaging in, then rinse with cold or warm water. Do this 1-2 times a day everyday.

I have a lot of whiskers and thin facial hair. Will this make it thicker and fuller?

Unfortunately, facial hair thickness and density are determined by genetics. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle can help increase beard health, but you won't be able to use a product to make hair naturally thicker.

How do i find product expiry date? the product i received yesterday smells like it's broken down. do you guarantee freshness?

Thank you for your question. Because the product is not considered a food, there is no expiration date. Generally the product is good for 2 years. Our product never sits for more than 1 month however. It does contain manuka honey in it which could be the smell you are not used it. It is very strong honey
