It was manufactured in China. Quality and workmanship as well as presentation, excellent. Same as when I was dress up for parade.

Does the color fall off when you wash it?

I have the black glove. Color stays fine.

Size ? Are these for smaller hands and are there various sizes ?

Hello! Thanks for your question. The order of gloves I placed and received is just "one size." The gloves seem to be more of a medium size - not too big and not too small. I bought them for other people so let me get back to you about how they did fit for these other people. Hope these helps!
