A good device to add to my product review tool box
If you often do products review on Amazon like I do, you may know how important it is to correctly showcase the product you’re reviewing. A good tripod is always something to have around, but difficult to use when it comes to overhead shots. This device is exactly what I was looking for. It’s fold-able, so easy to carry and store when not in use. But then, it unfolds into a telescopic phone holder, which will allow you to have your phone records your products at the desired height. I have a Samsung S22+ phone and this holder works perfectly at holding the phone without even the need to remove its case. This holder also has two integrated lights, which you can turn ON & OFF, control lights temperature and brightness, which can be controlled either by buttons on the unit itself, or using the included small remote control. The same remote could be linked to your phone, so that you could control it, without the need to actually need to press anything on your phone to take pictures or video. It’s very well balanced, and so far, I didn’t have any tripping over accident. It can also be used as a tripod if needed which is great and gives me the possibility of another tripod I could use for different view angles. Now for some negative that are minimal and don’t affect my five-star rating, but still good to keep in mind though: - Device needs to hold up a big phone without tripping over, and thus is a bit on the heavy side, at almost 2.9lbs. - Unfolding and setting up the device could be a bit tricky to understand at first. - This holder only come with a charging cable. No power block included.

Decent Light Stand After 3 Years of Use
I have been using this light stand for about three years now. The light itself works well and gives a good, bright result. It is helpful for videos, photos, and calls. However, the stand is a little bulky and sometimes not very comfortable to adjust. Also, in some positions it does not hold the phone very well- the phone can feel heavier and tilt the holder. Still, overall it works fine, the light is strong, and it has been useful to me for a long time.

A great all-in-one set for shooting fixed videos with smartphones
As in title, a useful setup overall, just as I had hoped for from the product description. There are a few points I would like to leave behind, but I don't feel any of these are major setbacks. One point is that some intermediate angles are difficult to maintain, as the light's weight and the phone's weight combined forces down the joints to the next stable angle, for example 90 degrees. The rod joint exposes a plus screw, but I couldn't tighten this enough to stay put on its own; the light's joint does not expose any way to adjust at all. Not critical, as I can still maintain any intermediate angles by external means, but a standalone fix would be even better. Another point is that the phone fixture was very rigid with my case to begin with; so much that I posed a query above. Following the advice there to force it a bit in case it was stuck, I managed to turn this part, but only with a large snap. (video attached) I must mention though that after this snap, the phone fixture seems to be happy to rotate smoothly as anticipated, so not a major problem after this. One final point is the weight; though as expected, it IS a bit heavy. I still think this is a good balance given the specs. All in all, a good recommend, with some points that could be further strengthened.

Broke my IPhone 13 because it has no LOCKING MECHANISMS UNSAFE FOR PHONE
I hate it I thought I was gonna like it when it first came until I realize that it swings like a pendulum because it has no locks if you accidentally hit it it will take your phone through it it will take your phone slam it it does everything to your phone it is totally unsafe the only part on it that has a lock is the main base that stops it from going all the way down the top part where the actual what you call it is if your phone is a 13 if you want to use it a certain type of way it will be heavy it will tip over and swing around it’s very unstable I have not used it since it’s still it sits around and collects dust literally and I literally hate this purchase all I did was make me have to spend more money to fix my phone so overall I hate it overall it’s an experiment that needs to be improved and I feel like I’m a guinea pig and I had to pay for them to improve it so if another one comes out with better locks on it in and things like that and I will be more than glad to use it but as long as you can walk past it accidentally hit it and it will take your phone and slam it into the into the actual into the actual pole and into the into and then fold up I’m OK I don’t use it I use it for lights but as far as putting my phone on it you’re better off duck taping it around the mechanism so it does not move I have to literally put some thing around it like a rubber band or something where the joint is to stop it from swiveling and then rocking like it’ll just if you’re not worth the money rip off they should sell it for 999 because it’s a 999 mechanism they probably cost of 23 dollars to make not even that $.50 to make so keep your money keep your money do not spend it do not say to stick with the ring light this is overrated

No longer stands up when extended and holding phone
At first I really loved this light. It was so convenient to not have it plugged in and was simple to use for recording social media videos and projecting light onto my projects. However, over time it lost the ability to hold itself upright when extended to a taller length. I did follow all the other review advice and ensured that the portion that holds the phone is flipped the correct way so that part itself isn’t actually the problem. The problem is that the base just isn’t heavy enough to support my iPhone 13 max pro the higher I extend the light. This makes it unusable for any videos I want to record from a higher view point which is really disappointing. It’s actually gotten bad even when extending only to a medium height lately- where it will either fall over or tilt forward so much my video no longer has the perfect top down view. I unfortunately am out of my return window by a few months, so I can’t get my money back. Bummer. I really wanted to love this.

Definitely consider getting another tripod for overhead angles. It doesn't hold the iPhone and will fall off a couple of times for sure. It’s just sturdy and not firm. I wish I read the 1-star reviews before purchasing it 😭
