Great mug with good thermal insulation. 30 oz is good for about 4 cups of coffee, and while the lid it ships with isn't the greatest, you would have to drink pretty slow for your hot coffee to get cold. pros: - doesn't sweat or burn your hand - fits in most cupholders, despite large size - tough, steel walls - comes with travel lid (good for drinking from while avoiding splashes and small spills - includes removable handle cons: - too large for small hands, if you decide not to use the included handle - included lid not completely leak proof (bad if you're a clutz) - the sipping edge feels bulky (though, I got used to it)

Excellent mug! Keeps coffee hot and outside stays cool. Lid leaks slightly but all travel mugs leak. Handle works has a good design but not sue it will hold up.

Great product. I'd been bringing two portable coffee mugs to work everyday, now I just bring this one, and my coffee stays hot over the course of the 3-4 hours that I spend taking occasional sips. The lids is not 100% leak proof. It'll leak if you tilt the cup past 90 degrees, so you can't clip this to a backpack and let it swing or anything like that. Otherwise, through normal carrying around, the lid keeps everything where it should be. Given that this comes with the handle, which is solid and fits tight, the price is awesome. Also, a couple weeks after purchasing I dropped the cup outside and the lid broke. Totally understandable since it was literally freezing out and it landed lid-first onto my frozen driveway. I emailed the company asking if I could purchase a replacement lid and they sent me a new lid free of charge with no questions asked. Very cool of them.

This was a gift purchase and the recipient LOVES it. In a hot warehouse all day, this cup really makes a difference! Holds ice all day so never without a cold drink! Also keeps coffee nice and hot on the drive in. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the mug and the bonus of the slider lid and handle really made this a great gift. Couldn't ask for any more! You won't be disappointed I am sure! My friend is in love with this!

If you don't mind reusing the same ice all day, this is an awesome mug. I have literally put ice tea in it in the morning and had to pour the ice out at night. I've even forgotten my cup in my truck. The cup would be warm but the drink would still be ice cold.

I dropped it recently and need to replace the lid but I don't know how to request another lid or re-order it with additional lids. Also it is not leak proof but holds enough coffee for me and keeps it hot for about 4 good hours and ice holds a very long time.

This is even better than I expected. Drinks stay cold, ice stays solid a LONG time! It holds a lot of tea or coffee. I bought this because I am disabled and needed a lightweight mug with a good handle that I can carry in a little bag attached to my wheelchair. And it had to be easy to clean with a wide mouth but have a snug lid that could be used with or without a straw. This mug has all that and is the best one I've ever had..
