I installed this to supply an outside tap to hose down a dog. Yes, I could have just used the cold water tap that we already have but warm water moves the dirt easier and the dog loves it! Temperature adjustment is quite sensitive but appears to be stable when running. It does take a second or so to stabilise if you turn the tap off and then on again but it's only a small temperature change and you get used to it. Only gave it 4 stars because the small plastic strainers that go in the hot/cold inlets don't fit if you're using plastic pipe with inserts but that's a small detail really and doesn't affect the overall operation. Would I buy another if I needed it - yes.

I bought this to fit an outside tap that supplies warm water to wash my dog. The price is spot on and the quality is excellent. I was able to install it in a couple of hours behind the sink in my kitchen and I used plastic pipe for all my connections. My wife is happy and the dog loves his outdoor spa.
