Will this device allow the pc to use both monitors when switching between the two pcs? I need both monitors to be viewed at the same time.

This device only allows one output (one monitor). If you're trying to use 2 monitors, what I would imagine you need, is 2 of these, one for each monitor, both of which would need to be switched back and forth.

will this support 1920x1200 monitors?
