Where do I find instructions?

Mine didn’t come with instructions either. I hope you find this answer helpful! What I did was held onto the loose foam area away from the sides. They popped out after I had it 3/4 of the way out. To put in the replacements, align the plastic edges and slowly snap them in while gently squeezing the edges towards the middle and align the edges into the grooves of the earpiece.

Any way I can get them in red?

Don't know but I very much doubt it; if it's not on the site then they're not available.

‘Ear we go again

A great replacement pad. Just a shame that, even the same as the original set that came on the headphones, you need to replace them after 12-18 months of regular use. Otherwise, they have the same fit and finish seemingly to the original ear cushions so no complaints there.

Good replacement.

These appear to be quite similar to the originally Bose provided pads. I can't say for certain, because this is my third set of pads. They fit and feel good. No problem whatsoever. The problem is with the headphones themselves. With what Bose charges, you would expect a quality product. Not so. Never again Bose.
