Niacin (Vitamin B3) 100mg, 240 Capsules - with Flushing, Non-GMO, Gluten Free

Been using this since 2024 and this is my verdict on this Brand. Easy to swallow with no taste. Side effects are expected, the flush. Dosage of 100mg is a good start but I prefer 200mg is sufficient (I've gone all the way up to 500mg). Great value for the money, especially when compared to pharmaceutical prices.

Mood: I’ve noticed a mild improvement in overall mood and alertness when taking it consistently in the morning. Ease of Use: Very easy to incorporate into a daily routine. The capsules are simple to take and don’t require any special timing beyond my morning dose. Dosage: I usually take 2 capsules in the morning. About 90% of the time I don’t experience a flush at that dose. If I take 3 capsules, flushing happens about 50% of the time, and with 4 capsules it almost always occurs. It’s helpful to have that predictable response depending on dosage. Odor: No noticeable odor, which makes them easy to take. Energy: I do feel a noticeable boost in energy and alertness after taking it, especially in the morning. Pill Size: The capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow without issue. Overall, this is a solid niacin supplement that works well for energy support and general wellness. The flushing effect is there depending on dosage, but it’s manageable once you understand how your body responds.

I need to wait until my next blood test to see if this really helps my cholesterol. The first few doses I definitely flushed. Like Red Hulk flushing! But with lots of water and time my body adjusted. Now I don’t flush at all.

HOLY FLUSH!!! IMMEDIATE REACTION! Within 10 minutes my lips, face, chest and arms were ON FIRE! I could feel it before I even looked. My fiancé walked out and immediately said “WHY ARE YOU BEAT RED?!?” So it definitely works but this is way too intense for me. Bumping down to a 50mg or 25mg. TAKE IT AFTER EATING. Not WITH food, AFTER food. Dang.

I can't really say if these are doing anything for me or not. I've taken them for 6 days and had no reaction at all. This morning I took 1 after breakfast as usual and an hour later my entire body feels like it's on fire, So, this is the niacin flush.. WOW.
