Awesome marinade
This is amazing put the rub in oil them toss the chicken into a freezer bag add the marinade and leave overnight and turn it over then cook the next day in the oven the chicken is so delicious

Geniales Gewürz
Gesucht hatte ich ein Gewürz das Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasonig ähnlich ist. Und ich muss sagen es ist in Nuancen anders die ich gleichzeitig sehr gut finde. Es ist nicht ganz so scharf und salzig wie Tony Chachere's, kein Problem, kann man leicht passend machen. Und das hier enthaltene Oregano und Thymian sind noch eine Bereicherung des Geschmacks. Eigentlich ist es eine Art Geheimwaffe zum Würzen jeder Art von Fleisch und Fisch, wenn man es genau nimmt. Etwas Olivenöl zum Einreiben, eine richtig gute Prise vom Gewürz dazu, etwas einziehen lassen und ab in den Backofen oder zur Not in die Pfanne. Egal ob Huhn, Rind oder Lachs. Es gibt ein duftend deftiges Aroma, passt ausgezeichnet zu Salat oder Gemüse. Ich denke jetzt werde ich nach und nach mal die anderen Geschmacksrichtungen ausprobieren.

This is a very delicious rub for chicken! It has this lovely spices that fit's chicken really well. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a slight spicy chicken rub!

Donne un très bon goût à la viande grillé.
Avec ma femme, on adore la cuisine Louisiane, et tous les plats de la nouvelle Orléans en général. Cette épice revient souvent dans les recettes, et on n'en trouve pas dans notre supermarché à côté. L'odeur rappelle immédiatement la viande grillé que l'on aime tant, les vrais. Bonne qualité, bon goût. A utiliser sans modération si on aime la viande relevé. Je recommande totalement.
