First of all, yes it delivers a shock but you can't operate it without also getting shot from holding it, and if you wrap electrical tape around it to hold it then it won't operate at all!! The only way I will deliver a shock through the end is if it also delivers a shock through the hand holding it. Useless

I love this product. The acupuncture stimulation is very strong. I only need to keep it on #1. And I love that it has a little red light Lazer therapy built in too. Using it for my back and my husband hand that had nerve damage. Hoping it stimulates the healing quickly. Would recommend to anyone seeking pain relief and deep healing.

Decent for the price for beginners ( said from a beginners POV ). It's almost like playing the shock games or pulling the prank gum stick kind of zap. I'm not sure it feels like acupuncture in any fashion and I'm not sure if it helps anything relax without testing it further. It's neat to watch muscles twitch and feel I have something to trick my body that I'm doing something that might help. Anything higher than 3 I felt current through my arms from the fingers / hand holding the pen and the point of contact. The gel helps a lot to get an accurate zap than just a light tingle. Came with plenty of gel, but only came with ball and flat tips. The instructions were easy enough but the guide on where you can touch was so small so I looked online. It feels lower end made but its what I expected. Might be an acquired feeling though.

My Zeerkeer Acupuncture Pen 3-in-1 Electronic Acupuncture Pen for Pain Relief arrived on time as promised without any damage. I gave it 5 stars and it deserves all 5 stars. After reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical but gave it a chance and I am glad I did. The housing is plastic but the unit is excellent. I used it on my hand today. I'm impressed. It knocked out the pain and I learned based on the point, my hand was not the problem, it was a bladder infection setting up. I only used level 1. The print on the chart that is included is too small to read even with a magnifier so I downloaded an app showing the meridians. I am very happy with my purchase and think you might like this little unit as well. It would make excellent stocking stuffers for Xmas. I would purchase again to gift.

Total junk from China as usual! I went to put the batteries into the bottom, and the whole thing split in half! Don't waste your money, look for others that are more substantial, and immediately take out a package and try it to see if it works, so you can get your money back unlike I did. Total disappointment!

I'm not going to lie. This is a cheaply made product, there is no where to hold it that you don't get shocked. I like the attachments and I do think a little shock helps the muscles, you have to keep it on 2 or 3 though. I'm sure this comes from China and I don't use the little jars of stuff that came with it. Who knows what is in it.

This pen actually is smaller than the normal ones that I had. Plus the tip was not smooth so I had to just throw that out and use an old larger tip from one of my other pens that broke. I don't like this brand very much. Normally I can use this on four and I get great results and I'm pain-free in a few minutes. With this pun it doesn't connect I can't feel it on for I have to go up to like 6 and then it's too high. The electricity kicks in and it's way too much. I'm sorry it's not worth the cheapness of $6.

Your whole body is used as a circuit and consequently it’s extremely uncomfortable to hold the pen whilst directing it to the affected area

Der Stift arbeitet mit Strom und das merkt man auch sehr schnell. Selbst die geringste Stufe ist ohne entsprechendes Kontaktgel auf der Haut schon sehr unangenehm. Zudem ist das Gerät extrem billig verarbeitet, so dass der Strom nicht nur über den Kontaktpunkt am oberen Ende ausgegeben wird, sondern auch die haltende Hand dauerhaft einen Stromfluss bemerkt. Ob es hilft kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich das Gerät auf des Stromflusses in die Hand nicht wirklich benutzen konnte und es daher zurück schicke. Ob der Stift so funktionieren soll weiß ich nicht, aber mir erscheint der starke Strom eher gefährlich.
