Princess Island (Choose Your Own Adventure Jr.)

This is a cute book, but, there's just not much to it. I thought it would be like all of the other choose your own adventure books that I have read. So far my kids and I have only had the chance to make 2 or 3 choices and then it ends. I guess that's good if you want a quick bed time story, but a few more chances to make some decisions would have been nice. Overall it's a nice book, but definitely could have been better.

We were looking for a "choose your own adventure" book that involved princesses. The storyline was a bit catty and not exactly what I was expecting for my 5yo daughter.

I love this series of choose your own adventure. It says for ages 6-8, but our five year old loves it. It is written simply enough that I think even some highly verbal four year olds would enjoy it.

Read first page (pictured) before buying. I thought this was a book about a princess going to summer camp... Pushing, pinching, name calling, and this was page 1! Not what I’m trying to teach my kids.

Great adventure book for a beginning reader!

My daughter loves this book. It's her first "choose your own," and she can't get enough.

Great book! Arrived on time and my daughter (2nd grade) read it right away and loved it.

The introduction was very long the children got bored before we got to the decision page. I loved you choose as a child but this was disappointing.

If I had known this was a story about chasing a ghost I wouldnt have brought it for my child. Not exactly bedtime story material for a young child.

My daughter (aged 8) loved the book. The words are spaced out on the page, suitable for her reading age. Great story and adventures
