Antihistamine alternative
I've been a long time sufferer from allergies; grass pollen and cats are my main triggers so summer time is usually bad for me. I was taking antihistamine regularly to prevent bad reactions. I read about quercetin as a natural alternative to antihistamines and thought I'd give it a try. I've been taking one 500mg tablet at lunch time every day and found a noticeable improvement to my allergies within a few days of taking this. I haven't needed to take an antihistamine since. Would highly recommend trying this out if you're in the same boat.
