Great gift
I bought this for a 6 year old. He loves dinosaurs. He loved the tooth. It isn't a thing to really play with but he likes to show it off to anyone he will look. I would buy it for any child into dinosaurs. My son got one when he was younger and treated it the same

Not shaped well for display.
I'm being nice with 3 star. It looks ok from the front, but it is flattened and misshapen on the back side. Definitely feels wrong in the hand. I wanted it to stand for display and look good. It doesn't. Maybe the real one it is cast from is deformed, I don't think it makes sense to shape it that way on purpose.

This is a really great replica! My 3 year old son loves it as part of his collection and so do his classmates when he brings it to school! T-Rex is defintely one of his favorites and the tooth looks very good. Not "fake" looking at all.
