I’ve been vaping for almost 5 years and have tried to quit multiple times with no success. Two days ago, I threw out my burnt vape and told myself I had 8 cigarettes and I had to make them last until day 5 of taking desmoxan. Yesterday I got the pills and started taking them right away. I smoked 2 cigarettes (I only smoke half at a time so that was smoking 4 times) but didn’t feel the need to have a cigarette before bed. The last cigarette I smoked yesterday kind of grossed me out. This morning I woke up and didn’t even want one. I haven’t had any nicotine in 15 hours and I feel fine. This stuff is magic. I’ve been awake for 2hrs and haven’t gone and smoked a cig yet which is miraculous for someone that used to roll over in the middle of the night to hit their vape. I did notice some reduced sleep quality and have some weird dreams but nothing too crazy for me since I’ve been on meds that do that before. They're coated so they’re super easy to take and don’t dissolve so they don’t taste like anything. So so so worth it.

First off shipping and delivery were flawless! Next this is my 2nd attempt, product stated to stop taking and try again months later if I went back to smoking while taking and advice was perfect. I had taken Chantix 3 times before it was pulled and wellbutrin once. I was smoke free 3 years, started new job and smoking shortly after. When I first attempted desmoxan I tried out of guilt for throwing away 3 years, but sadly my current circumstances of the dangers of the new job out weighed that guilt. I'm a year in and decide now was the time. I started with my first pack and bought this to finish out the treatment. By day 3 I was disinterested in smoking. I was completely done before day 5. The toughest part is keeping track of when to take it, so set an alarm if you have to. Every other side affect is mild compared to the previously drugs I have used. The dreams are there but not crazy, more realistic. The taste of cigarettes for me a Newport Menthol smoker is completely gone, its was like smoking air. My mood and personality are the same as before. No zombie feeling or severe aggression. This treatment is 25 days compared to 12 weeks and that alone makes it a great value for my money. I would recommend this product and a 10 out of 10 is not enough.

The more I think about it the more upset I get! Of all the products, books, apps, and tricks to quit smoking, this should be at the top of everyone's list. It should be more widely known. Doctors need to know about it and recommend it to their patients. 1-800 -QUIT-NOW doesn’t recommend it and it's a shame! 20 years smoking for me. I've tried to quit at least a dozen times using every resource available. I started using this in January and quit successfully for 2 weeks up until a I experienced a major tragedy and started smoking again. Needed to wait 6 months to start the medication again, and its easier this time than the last. No mood swings and no cravings that reached the caliper of desperation that came with cravings with other methods. I would only offer that you really need to want to be done with smoking and all they terrible things that come with it. I just passed the two week "record" I held previously and I'm so glad my clothes don't stink, I don't cough like crazy in the morning, and my life isn't ruled around planning for smoking. Please spread the word! This stuff should put other "smoking cessation" products out of business and it upsets me that it hasn't already!

I vaped for four years. I was hitting the vape every 20 minutes. I tried to use gum and nicotine free vapes to quit but did not have success. This medication works 100%. I have tried countless attempts to quit smoking/vaping nicotine for over a year. I quit previously after 7 years of smoking for 3 years then relapsed but they say quitting the second time is allot worse. Allen Carr, patch tapering, will power, but still couldn't make it past 50 hours nic free. My main relapse triggers were getting a severe sore throat after going without nicotine and just not wanting to deal with that for weeks and my spouse yelling at me while i was withdrawing. I stumbled onto cytisine trying to Google any method to get through withdrawal and found desmoxan. The shipping was fast as I'm in the USA. I followed the directions strictly. I was going through 1 50mg juul pod in 8 hours before starting. The first day I felt a little tingly after taking a few pills but still felt strong cravings. Day 2-4 I felt each juul hit was making me nauseous and to my surprise I only went through 1 and a half juul pods in the 3 days. I threw everything nicotine related in the trash on the night of day 4. On day 5 through 20, I kept with the schedule and the pill was able to ease about 80% of overall physical withdrawal. I didn't feel the mental withdrawal much as the pill felt like the reward for dopamine. It was amazing as the first 72 hours without nicotine I noticed I wasn't feeling a single bit of physical withdrawal. My spouse yelled at me like crazy but I didn't even feel like wanting nicotine. It pushed me to keep going. On days 20-25, I only took one pill a day. Then I stopped since then 1 month ago. I really wish there was more research on side effects as this pill did have some scary moments. My heart would race during certain times after taking a pill and I would need to practice breathing exercises to calm down and not feel like I was having a heart attack. This side affect did not improve during the 25 day course. The other side effect was severe heartburn daily where it triggered a stomach flu-like feeling on day 11. This side effect did get better through the course. They said this medication wasn't addicting but it did feel like I had minor withdrawals after day 25 but not as bad as nicotine. It took 2 weeks to shake off the little sore throats and feeling nauseated. It has been over 2 months since I've had any nicotine and a month since I finished this course and i broke free nicotine addiction again. My relationships getting allot better as my energy climbed and I stopped being a nic feining jerk and I don't get yelled at anymore. Just random hugs.

Purchased this for both my boyfriend and I and we both agree- this is night and day compared to quitting nicotine without desmoxan. We have both vaped for over 10 years and tried quitting back in August 2025, ended up going back to nicotine after a couple months. This time around, it was so much easier for us to quit.. Desmoxan really does make the urges manageable. Once you’re no longer taking it, the cravings have naturally slowed down and a little bit of willpower is all you need. Nothing like quitting without it. Highly recommend.

I'm a 47 year old female, and smoked cigarettes for over 20 years. I wasn't a heavy smoker, one pack every two days. But regardless, I was ready for a change and my body was telling me that it is time to let this habit go. I've tried patches but wanted to quit without adding more nicotine. I found this product based on Amazon reviews and I am soo glad that I did!! You must follow the directions exactly, you may have to Google them for English. But do what it says. I took them for three weeks and still smoked, but began to realize that hours would go by without having smoke or even thinking about it. I then decided to go ahead and quit altogether. By then I was only smoking a half cigarette every 4-5 hours. On February 7th, 2024 I smoked my last and haven't touched another. I do feel an occasional urge, but the urge I feel is more out of habit. I purchased some elastic resitance bands to occupy me for a few minutes until the urge passes. My breathing is normal, no more chest pain, bad breath, smokey clothes, or shame of teaching my kids not to smoke, but heading outside myself to light up. I can exercise more efficiently and better yet, Im taking the necessary steps to improve my quality of life. I am proud of myself and thankful for this medication. We only have one life, so try this product and trust the process.
