Like mentioned earlier, I have used this type, maybe even this brand, in the past with good results, Flavor is an option with Ginseng, it naturally has a flavor much like that of boiled cardboard and takes some getting use to. This product actually has a pleasant flavor ( I know, flavor is personal preference/opinion ), at least to that of boiled cardboard. I drink it for the benefits that Ginseng offers and this product seems to be of high quality in that area, based on my opinion only. I haven't been able to find anything similar to help describe the flavor, maybe a very slight citrus flavor. Hope this helps, it was the best I could come up with. Tastes moldy and old
This tea tastes moldy and old. It is terrible. I looked for a best by date or a manufacturing date, but could not find one on the product. Most of the writing was in Korean. I am very disappointed in this purchase. Unfortantly, I did not try it until I was outside the window for return.

Ginseng Tea is an Herbal Tea
This is an instant herbal tea so great for carrying on the go! It has a mellow flavor. The box and packaging is very presentable and if gifting, will look very nice for a gift.
