Great sense of security for any age. Customer service is top notch. They helped me just a few times with questions. They stand by their product. Had a clasp break and they immediately sent me a new chain. They are the best service providers I have encountered. A real must have! Very attractive gold necklace as well.

Used with Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone, Android 13. App version 5.4 downloaded from Play Store. Horrible documentation. No mention in the enclosed docs how to use the device (you have to double click the back). REQUIRES a $14.99 monthly plan with ADT. Add contacts does not work - had to manually add them even though the app found the all the contacts on the phone. Battery is NOT changeable - guaranteed for one year. When battery dies you have to BUY a new device. Only works if you have cell coverage. No mention if WiFi calling works. I assume that it will not work when traveling outside of the USA. App interface is non-intuitive. IMO not properly tested. During TESTING a live ADT/911 message was inadvertently sent - a real world call. 911 Dispatcher called back. This device is not ready for prime time. Seems like a prototype; for a version 5.4 app navigation should be better. Avoid. I'd give it a zero but that was not an option.

It’s subtle yet powerful, and I believe everyone should consider adding it to their daily essentials. The customer support team is also amazing and super responsive, and helpful! The necklace appearance is very nice. Encountered problems when trying to activate it. I reached out to their customer support and found out that I couldn't activate it until I was signed up for the monthly subscription. I did not know that I needed a monthly subscription. I thought for it to contact family there was no subscription needed, but to activate police then I would need a subscription. I believe the monthly subscription was $19.99.
