I am 5'3, in the late 120's, early 130's in weight (can't remember exactly how much), and am a B cup. What size should i get this costume in?

A size medium has the following measurements: Bust 34 - 36, Waist 25 - 27, Hips 36 - 38, Dress 8 - 10, Cup B - C, sizes run small.

I'm 5'3 130lb what size should I order?

Im around the same size do a size small if u want it snug or medium if you want more room around the mid section

is there patches on both sides of the arms?

Yes it has one patch on each arm sleeve. One says airborn and the other is a military star with strips

Does the costume come with everything just like the picture

Yes, so it is a bodysuit romper plus the black nylon holster that goes over the romper. It is adjustable. It fits pretty tight so I would order one size up.
