When unfolded how rigid is it? I am looking to land my drone on a paddleboard so need a foldable pad that becomes rigid when unfolded.

Depending on the width of your board i would say it will be rigid enough for your needs but i hope you will land it manually because i would if you out on water your gps wont cut it.

No, it is much larger than the DJI bag. The pad is a good size for the Mini2 to land on (and obviously take off) and is well made.
