Gardenia is a wonderful smell, it lasts a good while

Smells great but doesn't last long, not more than a day

Vacuums up & leaves a good scent

I ordered a box of 12 of the gardenia scented carpet powder freshener. No problems with packaging all came intact and undamaged. The cans are easy to use and pop the top and sprinkle let sit then vacuum. The scent is wonderful, I love it. After you vacuum though you don’t really smell it anymore or at least I don’t which is disappointing. So it doesn’t really last. I don’t believe it would be safe for pets to ingest or walk on as they may absorb it or it could irritate their skin. The other big drawbacks is the deception in the amount of powder you get in each container. You’d think each was full to the top but they are not. It takes an entire container to do just an average sized room. I wasn’t expecting to have to use a can per room. My picture shows that they are filled just above half way but not even to three quarters. My first container looked like it had even less. Although I like the smell and idea of the application, because the smell doesn’t last and the fact that you get so little and have to use so much each time, it’s not money well spent. It’s better just to find scent sticks, diffuser, or a spray for after vacuuming.
