Is this suitable for a 7 year old size wrist?

Absolutely not, would be far too big. I'm an adult and was too big for my wrist

Is this compatible with pandora charms?

It's not a good quality bracelet, it's way too big for an adult wrist, let alone a child's. If you've got Pandora charms, you should invest in a good quality bracelet that will fit your wrist nicely. I bought this for my daughter but even I can't wear it.

Can this bracelet be made smaller I purchased it for my granddaughter but it’s much to big so she is unable to wear it although she thinks it’s lovely

You maybe able to take to jewellers and the maybe able to shorten it for you

Quite big I bought for 11 year old niece
