Great taste and 90 % or daily iron requirement
I just love this cereal, and my local stores have stop selling it. I love the taste and the crunchy bits. It has 90 % of your daily iron requirement. Most cereal have much less iron. Since I give blood regularly I need the added iron. It arrive on time and in good condition.
