this is very useful product.im a ahisha lover and every time i used to have a hard time to burn the coal.every time i have to use the gas and its take more than 10 min.one of my friend he inform me aboit this charcoal burner and i order.i found this product is the best one and heating temprature is very fast .as a same time u can warm the water for tea as well ☺.i hope you will bring some more product for shisha .

This is one of the best charcoal burner I found. It's very easy to use and it's save your time and effort.before I used to have hard time to burn the charcoal for shisha and it's take so long time in gas but this product is very useful for me.it's quite expensive that other but it's better that other. Other charcoal burner has only switch on/off button but there is no hear control button but this product has temperature controller. So I'm happy with this burner.

This is not the product that was advertised. The item delivered was two pin whilst the picture showed it to be 3-pin. I ordered a black item and it was grey. Essentially it was a completely different product. Also no tongs. Very disappointed.

This product is best for the charcoal burn its take 2/3 minutes to hit the burner but after that it's work perfectly.i used to use coconut cubes charcoal for my hookah and it’s take long time to burn in the gas but still don’t heat properly only half part will heat .since I used this product im very happy
