This is a great couch cover. It stays in place and looks nice enough. Got it to cover a peeling pleather couch with 2 recliners, and it’s working well. Took a minute to figure out how to put it on, but it was easy enough to put on. My mother in law hates the red color, but that’s her problem not mine, I love it. Highly recommend if you want to cover up your ugly old couch. Saved us from buying a new one, plus the price is right.

We have a rarely used basement that had the most ridiculous, pleather peeling sofa in the world. The only reason it was still in our home is because it was a beast to get in the house and required the removal of several doors from the frames. We were talking about using a chainsaw to disassemble it (I know, dramatic) because it was a hassle to think of going through a similar process for removal.The sofa (a comfortable electric recliner), was just saved, thanks to this amazing recliner cover! I had purchased a cover years ago which was laughable at best. It covered nothing and was not designed for a recliner. I might as well just used a throw blanket since anyone who sat on it would arise with the pleather all over their clothes.I am so thankful that I found this beautiful cover system that has transformed my sofa and in essence, my basement. After all of our hardwork securing the covers, my family was amazed how it made our basement look and feel like a different space. I wish I had found this years ago because the companion rocking recliner which my family loved, was taken to the dump because the peeling fabric was a nightmare and was not as much a hassle as the sofa to discard.This covered our large recliner beautifully and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a change or fresh start with a recliner that has seen better days. I was so amazed that I am now inspired to remodel my basement since this has provided such coverage that I don't think the peeling would ever pose a problem in the future. If nothing else, a hangout for my older children with their friends when they visit.

Finally a product that fits. It could use a better design for fastening to the chair. I did not have a crossbar to attach to as shown in the instructions. I used an S hook to connect to anchor bottom. The arms I just tucked in.

Overall I am quite happy with the recliner cover but there are a couple issues.*My man's recliner is the only place he ever sits so it gets lots of use and it is as large as the biggest dimensions that this cover is supposed to fit.*The directions that come with it are VERY basic. It literally tells you to look for the locations on tags inside the fabric bags then the order in which to put them on. That is all. The tag that is sewn into a seam for the back piece says "Center Back". No idea what that seam is the center of but it isn't the center of the back.*D's chair doesn't come apart. Putting the back and the seat sleeves is tight. I'm a DIY kinda girl so I went up to the sewing drawers and pulled out a couple super long bodkins and threaded the elastic anchors though the crack where the seat and back meet. I have no idea how I would have gotten them through otherwise.*The first step is to put the back sleeve on. Because of the dirth of instructions I had to remove and twist the sleeve around after going to the work of threading the anchors the first time. After it was turned around right, the anchors from the front of the sleeve fit perfectly. The anchors for the back were the right length but very badly placed. There was no way to get them to fit. I cut them off, poked holes in the cover in better places, sealed the edges with some stretchy glue (DIYer, already had some in the closet) and threaded the anchors over the seam, tying them off at the bottom of the chair frame. (Update: several months later and it hasn't travelled or broken)*Bagging the arms is the next step. Put the arm sleeve with the pocket on the chair first. It isn't obvious which side of the sleeve goes on the inside but is obvious when there is a pocket on the outside. That said, that pocket with the slot for the reclining lever is on your left when you are sitting down. D's recliner has the lever on the right. The slot is nearly in the middle of the side panel. The lever on D's chair is on the bottom of the side so even if the slot was on the correct side, it would be in the wrong place and would need fixing that couldn't be made invisible. Another small hole poked in the cover with the edges sealed with glue and the lever is free and looks good (Update: months later it still looks great). The slot on the left arm is covered by the pocket and looks good too but the large slot/hole inside makes it unusable for magazines or remotes.So. After the mods, the chair looks great. D's chair backs up on furniture and you can see from the pic that the back of the cover doesn't go all the way down to the floor. The fix looks bad. If the back of the chair showed I would be a lot less happy. 1 pic of immediately after I finished putting the cover on and 1 pic of several days later. It seems to be staying put well.

The color was perfect. Easy to install. Love the pockets on each side. I bought the regular fit and it was to small so I re ordered the XL and it's perfect fit. It's really soft and cute little designs on the material. It will ne easy to take on and off to wash and keep clean. Material seems pretty thick for the money.

Easy to follow directions, and it all came together nicely. Highly recommend.

These covers improved the look of my couch very much. Knocked one star off because they were a bit confusing to figure out to put on and I don't like that they've stretched and there are wrinkles when you're not sitting on them. You can tell that I've put a cover on the couch instead of it looks smooth and natural.

These saved us just in time before family visited. The fake leather on our couches was ruined but these covers fixed it all. They’re super soft and comfortable (naps on the couch have increased) the material is thick and doesn’t get dirty easily or nudge at all. It stays in place and I would buy again. Overall the look of it pulled everything together in the room 10/10
