I’m 6’0 and 340 lbs . Is this gonna fit me ?

Definitely!! It's oversized to fit anyone. Stretchy & comfy too... I purchased this item for a baby shower game that I was co-hosting & It exceeded my expectations!! My end goal was to have laughter all throughout the room so that any & all pics taken were full of smiles & laughs!! This costume did just that!! Also got the gigantic paci & hung around neck for an extra touch... It Was a fantastic day (My nieces baby shower) I'm certain it would have been great no Matter what but This costume served its exact purpose well & really truly added the comic touch I had hoped!!

When wearing the diaper, are you supposed to wear underwear or just wear the diaper

LMAO…yes, wear something underneath it!

Does the costume come with the baby bottle??

No bottle included. Great question.
