holy smokes i love this. I have tried so many different dyes and coloring methods, but they all look fake. This one literally makes me look like i have a full head of hair. I was so surprised and it took very very little amount of product to cover my full head. I am a huge fan of this product!

The product does cover perfectly. I had to use it low in back of my hairline. The only down side , is that, while working, it left dark staining on the collar of my blouse, as well as my bathrobe that evening. It was easy to wash out. Other than that issue, It's a very good product. I have alopecia, and this product allows me to feel a little more comfortable being in the public.

I have noticeable thinning hair on top & have tried Many products. This is my 2nd time ordering Thicken It. Had been using derma-blend (sp?) for several years and decided to try this. Love it! Great coverage and stays on well. Doesn't transfer to pillows at night. I prefer to apply when dry. Tried the wet application and didn't think it was as good, plus messier. I have dark brown hair. 1st I tried the dark brown shade. This time I ordered black and like that coverage much better, so go darker. Highly recommend!

I usually use Derma Match, but for the price thought I wold give this a try. Similar to other reviews, I feel like the product is ok but not great. It rubs off pretty easily and I find myself having to check to make sure non is on my face or forehead. It does apply pretty well though, so that's a plus. If you're considering these types of products I would just put the investment into DermaMatch. They give you a lot of product, I've used it for swimming or outdoors when I'm sweating, and have never had issues. it doesn't really rub off or appear on skin unless you've really scratched or rubbed hard on that portion of hair.

The first one I bought lasted a good 3-4 months and was great. The most recent ones were so powdery and lasted 3 weeks only. Very powdery and the thing is empty after 3 weeks of use. What a waste of money.

This product offers great coverage of my patchy areas from my trichotillomania. Definitely a great confidence boost. Will come off on fingers if I rub the area, but that does help keep me from pulling! No transfer on clothes or pillow and washes out easily with shampoo. Thank you for a good product. Will buy again

This is a great product. Coverage is perfect. Don’t even need to dab the applicator in water.

I am an African American woman who wears her cut short and natural. The hair on my crown is thinning, though not quite bald, yet. I have been either wearing my hair as is or using hair fibers to try and mask the thinning spots.I saw this product and decided to try it. I have posted pictures of before and after. I like the concept of using the applicator sponge because you have more control in applying the product. I ordered black, because while my hair is not jet black, it is closer to black than dark brown. I felt like I needed to put quite a bit on to mask the thinning spots. I touched my hair, when I was done with the application, and some of the product was on my hand. Not a lot, but I wouldn't sleep without a cap or scarf, if I didn't wash my hair first. I think it masked most of the thinning area. Will try for a few more days. Losing my hair really saddens me. I'm considering cutting it all off or wearing a wig until I can figure out if I can grow it back. I gave this product a 4 because of the concept; not as messy as fibers and because I feel like it did make my thinning areas a little less noticeable. I paid full price for this product, so this is my honest review. I hope this helps someone else.
