What size should I get for a 3T?

I would say go with the 2-3T if he tends to be thin. 3-4T would be for a boy who tends to be a little larger for his age. My grandson is 5 soon to be 6 in October. He was wearing a 6 and had a growth spurt over the last 4 months. He wears a 6-7 now and they are a good fit. He really likes Calvin Klein because they are comfortable and the waist band does not leave marks on his tummy. He has always been a tall thin child. But this growth spurt has him filling out. The Calvin Klein underwear are perfect.

What size should I get for a 3T?

I got my son a 5T he wears a 5/6/7 in little boy sizes. But if your child is wearing 3t they should fit perfectly. Hope this helps love😎
