I read the comments before I bought and decided this jacket runs small compared to US standards. It also says "Slim-fit" I normally wear a 40R or 42R suit depending on the maker. I'm 5'10", weigh 205, 34" waist. I ordered the XX-Large. The chest and shoulders fit perfect. The sleeves are a bit long, but I can deal with that. I decided to order bigger than too small. BTW, if you look up Yury Revich, Austrian - Russian violinist, he wears the same jacket. He is a slim fit. I hope this helps.
