These get the job done.

Perfect after surgery!
This product is amazing. I had a hysterectomy and these were the only underwear I could stand to wear because they did not hurt my incisions and they were very stretchy. Also, you can throw them away after each wear.

Bad product
The media could not be loaded. These panties look nothing like the photo or description. They're so bad constructive and shorter than a bikini. It's a joke and a waste of time! I needed them yesterday just come out of the hospital now search again! Sometimes we don’t know what to expect with some products at Amazon 😡

Just like the hospital gives you
Purchased as extra to have at home post partem. They're exactly the ones the hospital gives you.Disposable but still able to be washed and reused at least a few times before they're stretched out.

Definitely cheap
I saw comments saying these are better than what the hospital provided but the hospital I went to provided very good ones for me to wear after c section. I wanted to get more because they were comfortable over my incision. These come up a bit short, not much above the incision and the mesh is so thin, a pad is sticky through the mesh then of course tears up the mesh. I was able to use 3 pads with the hospital mesh before the strings bothered me. Overall disappointed but now healed enough to not need these anymore.

They are actually pretty great !!
Soooo, i just recently had a laparoscopy exploratory surgery done and the sweet nurses gave me these awesome ass underwear to wear during my stay and gave me some to bring home. When i tell youuuuu that they are so amazing to wear !!!! I’ve been searching over 30,000 different types of underwear to buy because I didn’t ignore they were washable, so i was just throwing them all away !! These are actually very comfortable, but they don’t support the length of my scar. I inserted a picture to show the length of my scar. Initially, when I pull these up, they stay put above my scar. But as the day/night goes on, they began to move like right in the middle of my incision which is very uncomfortable. The mesh underwear I received from the hospital were superrrr comfortable, didn’t roll up or move down, and they didn’t irritate my incision site at all. I even had extra room in the hospital version of these underwear. The ones the hospital provided have a little more stretch and are a little bigger. The hospital underwear are a L/XL, so I ordered a large in these, thinking they would be big enough to cover my incision. I uploaded a picture to show these compared to the hospital version. The hospital underwear are at the top.

Great!
These were great post C section. When regular underwear doesn’t make the cut weeks after your c section. These didn’t add any pressure to the incision site and held a pad perfectly for post partum care. I highly recommend these

Uncomfortable
Postpartum is a time when you need to be able to be comfortable and these are not it. They do not allow a pad to stick, don’t stretch as much as you want and are tight at the waist and leg. Definitely size up if you do get them but I’d spend the extra few dollars on name brand if I were to do it again.
