DO NOT BUY
Completely unacceptable, I received the item and the capsules inside have broken. The bottle looks like it is 100 years old will ๐ฏ not be able to use and think it is disgraceful that the item was delivered in this state!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM FROM THIS OPTION.

very bad smell and bad stored , canot take any capsules ,, seems to exposed to hot storing place that damaged the component

Great supplement
These ZMA capsules are a great supplement. I can speak for the fitness aspect of them but they have definitely improved my sleep quality. At first I thought that perhaps it was just in my head but after taking them for several weeks now I feel that I am more well rested in the morning when I wake up. It is also easier for me to wake up and Iโve found that I usually wake up on the first alarm rather than hitting snooze several times. I also feel that an unintended side effect of these has been an improvement in my mood. I definitely feel calmer and more patient especially when with my children. Iโm not sure if I can attribute that to these capsules directly or if that is due to me feeling more rested. All in all I would recommend these. I purchased to bottles of the 180 caps and will definitely purchase more when I run out.

Did the product help with recovery and better night sleep, certainly felt like it. However, it smelled and tasted awful, possibly due to bad storing conditions.

Very noticeable improved sleep since I started taking these. Feel more reAted in the morning. Deeper sleep. More dreams.
