Is this a daily mask?

I think it depends on your skin-type, skin sensitivity and which mask you are using (they have different ones). The ones I am familiar with are the cucumber and tea tree. I can see the cucumber being close to daily, but the tea tree might be too strong for everyday use. Again, it will probably depend on your skin. Hope this helps. :)

Does it contain methylparaben, propylparaben or any other paraben?

Sorry it took me a bit to answer back. The three that I have (charcoal, pomegranate and cucumber) do not have any parabens in the ingredients.

After you remove mask, do you rinse off excess? Put on an evening cream?

After you take the mask off, gently rub in the excess and work it down into your neck also. It will absorb within 5 minutes or so, then apply any other night creams you normally use.
